I saw this a few days ago on another site. As far as the prank itself goes, I thought it was absolutely brilliant. As far as how it turned out, that's where I think it was a bit too much. Typically, pranks are about (innocently) humiliating the other person--without any real damage being done. In this case, however, with the humiliation came a broken relationship; and that's where I think it crossed the line.
